Instructions:

  1. This is an individual project in which you are required to write a reflective report on the marketing simulation game that you have completed in 6 rounds.
  2. You will have to consider all that you and your team did in the 6 rounds of the simulation game.
  3. You need to provide relevant and detailed information for all the questions given in the format below. If you want to attach any documents you can do so in the Appendix section at the end of the report.
  4. The reflective report should be up to the standards and written in a professional manner and should be free from spelling and grammar errors.
  5. This project weighting is 25%
  6. Total marks allocated is 50.

Individual Reflection

One of the valuable vehicles for learning is the practice of active reflection. Whilst feedback tends to promote skill acquisition and competency, reflection leads to individual growth and interpretation of the greater meaning and implications of an experience or action (Branch & Paranjape, 2002).

In this individual reflection project, you are required to provide an insight into the experience that you had while working on the marketing simulation game over 6 rounds. Please use the reflection template given below and provide relevant information as required.
