Human rights Law

Are all human rights ‘universal, indivisible, interdependent and interrelated’, or is there a hierarchy of rights?
The word limit for the essay is 1800 words (this count excludes footnotes and bibliography). As with all pieces of coursework, the following applies:
Word Limit Policy
The following is taken from the Law Programme Guide:
“All assessed work is to be accompanied by an accurate word count. The word count should
exclude (i) footnotes; (ii) bibliography.
Failure to provide a word count may result in no mark being awarded. A false count may be treated as a disciplinary offence. Any analysis or discussion that has been placed in the footnotes may not be considered in marking the work. “Word limit” means the maximum number of words to be used and is not intended as a general guide.
Exceeding the word limit will result in a penalty being applied as follows; where the coursework exceeds the limit: by more than 10% – a 10% reduction from the mark that would otherwise have been awarded; (such reduction not resulting in a fail grade); by more than 20% – a 25% reduction from the mark that would otherwise have been awarded; (such reduction not resulting in a fail grade); or in excess of 30% – maximum mark possible is a bare pass (i.e. 40% or whatever the pass mark may be for that particular piece of work if different).”
A bibliography should be included.
